FLUGAPPARAT - 01
Modularity//In prinicipal the Aeronaut serves as a carrier unity which can be changed over or extended depending on the requirements. This makes it more profitable concerning the purchase and gives the basis for a new industry of subcontractors for the containerproduction. By adding or replacing ordinary cargo-containers (6,5x2,5x2,5) under the sceleton the aircraft is extendable for almost all practical operations.
Tilt-Rotor//The tiltrotor principle makes it possible for the aeronaut to start and hover like a helicopter and fly like an airplane. Top and Side View.
Bionic//Instead of landing like a conventional aircraft on its wheels or skids the Aeronaut lands with the help of its six legs. They are integrated into the corpus/body while flying and spread during the landing process. The tail consisting of multiple movable parts allows soft and fluent motions during the flight. This kind of moving reduces the air resistance and in the same way the energy consumption.
„Aeronaut“ was developed in teamwork with Martin Postler.
